Relevant Experience:
Seamus has over 25 years experience in Building Surveying and has considerable expertise in all areas of the profession.
He has acted for clients in all aspects of pre purchase surveys on a wide range of property types including industrial/commercial, retail and residential.
He specialises in the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations, acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants, whilst also having extensive knowledge in the diagnosis and repair of building defects.

Relevant Experience:
Ciaran graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005. He had previously worked for 10 years with a leading Chartered Building Surveying company. He has been involved in a wide range of building survey types including, structural surveys, snag lists and Schedules of Condition.
Ciaran has extensive experience in structural surveys and has been working closely with various Housing institutions, Local Authorities and various Government Departments in the North East region in connection with the acquisition of various dwelling types for social housing, long term leasing, etc.
