Seamus has over 15 years experience in Building Surveying and has considerable expertise in all areas of the profession.
He has acted for clients in all aspects of pre purchase surveys on a wide range of property types including industrial/commercial, retail and residential.
He specialises in the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations, acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants, whilst also having extensive knowledge in the diagnosis and repair of building defects.

Relevant Experience:
Ciaran graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005. He had previously worked for 10 years with a leading Chartered Building Surveying company. He has been involved in a wide range of building survey types including, structural surveys, snag lists, measured surveys and Schedules of Condition.
Ciaran has extensive experience in building defect diagnosis and analysis and has prepared detailed reports for property owners and management companies. He has also as acted as an expert witness and has given evidence in court on numerous occasions.
